money printer
go brrr.
once
The Fed runs the printer all day and your savings foot the bill. We grabbed it, ran it one time in broad daylight, then smashed it. One billion $FED is the whole batch. That is all of it. Nothing else is ever coming.
$ ./money_printer --run --once [ok] minting 1,000,000,000 FED [ok] pooling 94% into locked LP [ok] team allocation ......... 0% [ok] renouncing mint authority [done] printer bricked. brrr halted.

$ cat WHY_FEDHOOD.txt
The name, decoded.
Fed.
The money printer. On all day, feeds the fresh cash to insiders first, and your dollar quietly buys less every year while you just sit there holding it.
Hood.
Robin Hood, plus everyone standing behind him. Rob the printer, hand it to normal people. No KYC, no gatekeepers, you hold your own keys.
FedHood=we yanked the printer off the Fed, ran it once where everyone could watch, then bricked it. one and done. brrr for the many, not the few.

One line goes brrr. One does not.
The Fed took its balance sheet from under a trillion to around nine trillion since 2008. Every spike up there is your money buying less down here. FedHood printed once and the line has not moved since. That is the whole idea.
// the dollar has lost most of its buying power since 1971. a number that only goes up can only water you down. 1B that never moves can not.
FedHood Open Market Committee
monetary policy statement // release: block 1
The Committee met once. It voted yes on all of it, then fired itself so it could never meet again:
The printer is off
Supply is 1,000,000,000 $FED and that is final. No more can ever be made. The mint key got thrown away on-chain.
The rate is zero
No staking, no rewards. Paying you in freshly printed coins is just inflation with a bow on it, and that is the exact thing we are dunking on.
Nobody is in charge
No chair, no board, no midnight rate cut. Nobody can restart the printer because we deleted the button.
Your slice stays your slice
Whatever piece of the 1B you hold stays yours. It only gets rarer as coins burn. It never gets watered down.
// effective now, forever. signed, the Committee, which no longer exists. nobody left to lobby.
$ cat MANDATE
The Fed has a dual mandate.
Ours is one word: don't.
Zero inflation
The Fed balance sheet only goes up. Ours physically can not. 1B is the cap, the mint is gone, your bag never gets watered down.
Zero yield
No staking farm quietly minting coins to pay you. Real scarcity does not need to print interest. You win when supply shrinks, not when it grows.
Zero discretion
No dot plot, no emergency meeting, no 3am rate cut. The rules live on-chain and the keys are burned. Nobody is driving, and that is the point.

FAQ.
? why is there no staking or yield?+
Because paying you in freshly printed coins is just inflation, and inflation is the exact thing we are making fun of. Supply is capped and the mint is gone, so there is nothing to farm. You win from scarcity, not from the number quietly going up.
? so where does value come from if nothing is printed?+
Scarcity and burns. There will only ever be 1B, and the 2% sell fee burns a little on the way out, so the count only drops. It is the opposite of a bank that fixes everything by printing more.
? what is the airdrop to the Hood?+
5% is set aside to hand back to the community, early holders and Robinhood Chain degens, instead of a team or a VC. That is the Robin Hood part. Full details at launch.
? is the $FED token live yet?+
Not yet, we are pre-launch. When it drops on Robinhood Chain the one real contract shows up here and on our X. Anything calling itself $FED before that is fake.
? are you affiliated with the Federal Reserve or Robinhood?+
No. This is a community meme and a joke about central banking. The FedHood Open Market Committee is not a real thing. We are not tied to the Federal Reserve, Robinhood, or any government.
? is this financial advice?+
No. $FED is a meme coin with no promises and no intrinsic value. Only put in what you are fine losing.
money printer go brrr. once.
rob the printer, feed the Hood. one billion $FED, minted once on Robinhood Chain, and not a single one more.
